The AB7 group is working on the use of immobilized micro-organisms for an innovative continuous winemaking process.

Starting in 2019, the objective of the project was to develop a process using immobilized microorganisms to improve the speed of alcoholic fermentation and control malolactic fermentation.

This project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the operational program FEDER-FSE Midi-Pyrénées et Garonne 2014-2020 of the Occitanie Region. The AB7 group addresses its most sincere thanks to the Occitanie Region for its confidence and its support in this project. Also, we thank our partners: INPT, IFV and Pera Pellenc.
